Information
As each repair is different, an estimate can only be given once a piece has been examined by
us in detail. Please telephone or email us to arrange the delivery of your piece so that an
estimate can be undertaken.
Packing and Posting Your Ceramic
1. Each piece of your ceramic should be wrapped
in separate plastic bags to prevent further
damage or getting lost (not newspaper as this
can stain).
2. Each piece should be double or triple wrapped
in bubble polythene.
3. These are then placed in a cardboard box with
two inches of packing material such as
polystyrene peanuts between the wrapped pieces
and the box.
4. The box is then placed inside a larger box with
at least two inches of packing material around it.

5. If you intend to post you piece please insure it
either at the Post Office (special delivery,
registered post, and recorded delivery, in the UK)
or on your own home policy. Use a service that
requires the item to be signed for on delivery
(special delivery etc).
